Uses
Ideal for all roofs requiring the use of canal tiles as a roofing material, combining tradition and modern performance.
Photovoltaic panels
Support for photovoltaic panels
No overlay
Without additional waterproofing
The implementation of the RE 2020 and BEPOS (Positive Energy Buildings) requires architectural choices that are both technical and aesthetic.
The integration of photovoltaic panels within the complex can meet all architectural requirements for buildings in France.
The stitched flanges on the main ribs allow for the installation of any type of panel, while the surrounding tiles dress the roof.
The installation of photovoltaic panels is done without additional waterproofing, and the surface area of the installation can change according to needs without modifying the roof.
Ventilated roof
The durability of the structure and the health of the residents require ventilation of the underside by creating an air gap, in accordance with legal obligations regarding roof ventilation.
The ventilation openings, from the eaves to the ridge, are formed by the connection between the eaves tile and the profile shape. At the ridge, a special closure is fixed.
Additionally, in a ventilated roof, Citoit System includes a condensation regulator made of non-woven felt. Its role is to absorb moisture, which is then evacuated by the air gap through water desorption. It protects the underside from chemicals and corrosion.
Roof ventilation is ensured
Equipped with a condensation regulator
Warm roof
Unique tiled roof covering in warm roofing
Adaptable to any type of insulation
Performance in correction and acoustic attenuation
The support combines the technique of a double-skin system while having a decorative finish with tiles. Citoit Komplex is the only tiled roof system for warm roofs.
Citoit Komplex technical solutions meet the requirements of thermal regulations.
It provides a true insulation solution for tiled roofs, with no thermal bridges, reducing heat loss and mitigating temperature fluctuations in both winter and summer.
The experience of this complex offers innovation possibilities for all buildings, allowing them to benefit from the latest generation of insulation.
The insulation is laid on the purlins and consists of a layer of glass wool and an aluminum vapor barrier. Suitable for buildings with low to medium humidity, validated by a Technical Approval (No. 5.1/23-2591), its implementation is straightforward. This system provides very high acoustic performance, whether in sound correction or attenuation. Being a lightweight material, its installation is facilitated by rolls covering the slope of the roof.
